How to link Paymaya Physical Card to Paymaya App Account?

  1. Log in to your PayMaya app account.
  2. At the iOS device, tap “More” at the bottom right. For Android phones, tap the Menu icon on the top left.
  3. Go to “My Cards” in the main menu
  4. Tap on “link card” and enter the 16-digit number on the physical card, expiration date and CVV

If you don’t have the PayMaya app account yet you can activate the physical card via SMS.

  1. Text activate < space > card ID number < space > first name/last name and send to 292907969. *Note: you should have air time load of at least P1.00.
  2. Download the PayMaya app and register with your name, email and mobile number you used to activate the physical card.
  3. Receive a verification code via SMS
  4. Go to “My Cards” in the app’s main menu
  5. Tap on the blue PayMaya card
  6. Nominate a 6-digit PIN* 
    *Take note for you pin it will use this for ATM withdrawals

How to link PayMaya to PayPal Account?

As a freelancers or small business owners you can receive digital payments from clients by linking your PayMaya account to Paypal. Here’s how:

  1. Ensure that there is a balance of at least P100 in your PayMaya account. Load your account at any Load Up Partner outlet.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account.
  3. Go “Setting.” then click Financial Information
  4. Under “Cards,” click “Link a new card.”
  5. Enter your PayMaya Visa card information. Make sure that your PayPal address is the same as the address you registered with PayMaya.
  6. Click “Save.”

Now you already link your Paypal account to PayMaya app. You can now Transfer your PayPal Balance to PayMaya Account. Take note that PayPal Transaction Fee may apply.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. On the Summary page, click “Withdraw funds.”
  3. Enter the amount to transfer (The minimum amount you can withdraw is PHP 500).
  4. Choose your PayMaya account. Click the Continue button.
  5. Confirm the amount for transfer.

How to withdraw Cash from your PayMaya account?

You can withdraw cash from PayMaya account via any Bancnet ATM located nearest your here in the Philippines and Visa Plus ATM abroad. Every withdrawal charges a service fee of ₱15 and ₱5 for Land Bank ATM withdrawal.

Take note you can withdraw to your PayMaya Account if:

  • You bought a physical PayMaya card.
  • You’ve linked your card to your PayMaya account.
  • You upgraded your PayMaya account.

Add Money Code is a unique 7-digit code that allows you to securely fund your PayMaya account. Instead of using your mobile number.


How to load PayMaya?

Smart Padala

  1. Go to any Smart Padala Center or Agent and tell that you want to add money to your PayMaya account.
  2. Fill out the transaction slip. Write down your PayMaya mobile number and desired amount.
  3. Present your valid ID (student ID is also accepted) together with your payment.
  4. Wait for an SMS notification that the amount is already added to your account before leaving.
    Note:*There is a 1.5% charge for consumers who make Smart Padala to PayMaya transactions. *Minimum add money amount is Php100.

7-Eleven

Barcode

  1. Log in to your PayMaya app account.
  2. Select “Add Money” icon on the home screen.
  3. Select the 7-Eleven.
  4. Enter the desired amount and select “Continue”.
  5. Go to a 7-Eleven branch and present the generated barcode along with your payment to the cashier.
  6. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving the store.

    *Minimum add money amount is Php100. 

SMS

  1. Text ADDMONEY [space] 711 [space] AMOUNT
  2. Send to 292907969.
  3. You will receive an SMS with your Add Money Code.
  4. Visit the Cliqq kiosk at 7-Eleven branches and input the requested information.
  5. Present your Cliqq kiosk receipt to the cashier together with your payment.
  6. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving.

Robinsons Business Center and SM Business Services

  1. Go to Robinsons Business Center or SM Business Services nearest you and inform the cashier that you want to add money to your PayMaya.
  2. Fill out the transaction slip. Write down your PayMaya mobile number and desired amount.
  3. Present a valid ID (student ID is also accepted) along with your payment.
  4. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving the store. 

BDO

  1. Log in to your BDO mobile banking account.
  2. Tap “Send Money” then choose “To Another Local Bank”.
  3. Select “Proceed without a template” then “Continue”.
  4. Fill out the required details. Save all the information as a template for quicker transactions in the future.
  5. Check the details you have entered, then tap “Continue”.
  6. Wait for the confirmation message to appear on your screen.

    *Minimum add money amount is Php100. 

    *Maximum add money limit is Php50,000 per day.

    *There is a Php100 charge for every successful BDO to PayMaya Add Money transaction. 

BDO Online and Mobile Banking

  1. Log in to your BDO online banking account and select “Pay Bills”.
  2. Choose “PayMaya/Smart PayMaya” under billers.
  3. Enter the amount, recipient’s name, and PayMaya mobile number. Use this format: 639XXXXXXXXX, then click submit.
  4. You then receive the confirmation message.
  5. Wait for the confirmation message from PayMaya via SMS once the money has been added to your account.

    *Add money transactions between 9:00 am – 9:59 pm on regular working days will be credited to the PayMaya account within 2 hours. 

    *Add money transactions made outside the above schedule will be credited to the PayMaya account within 24-48 hours. 

    *Minimum add money amount is Php500. 

    *Maximum add money limit is Php5,000/day. 

Smart Money

  1. Go to Smart Money SIM Menu and select “transfer”.
  2. Select “others”.
  3. Enter 8877+PayMaya mobile number (e.g. 88779181234567)
  4. Enter the amount, your WPIN, then click SEND.

    *There is a 1.5% charge for every successful Smart Money to PayMaya  transactions.  

    *Minimum add money amount is Php100.

Bayad Center

  1. Inform the cashier that you want to top up your PayMaya and fill out the Remittance Form.
  2. Indicate your 7-digit Add Money Code and desired amount.
  3. Submit the form along with your payment to the cashier.
  4. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving the store.

    *Minimum add money amount is Php100.

Palawan Express Pera Padala

  1. Go to your nearest Palawan Pawnshop and Palawan Express Pera Padala branch and tell the cashier that you want to add money to your PayMaya account.
  2. Provide your PayMaya mobile number, name registered, and desired amount together with your payment.
  3. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving the store. 

    *Service is only available in Palawan Pawnshop and Palawan Express Pera Padala branches (authorized agents excluded) 

    *Minimum add money amount is Php500.

Cebuana Lhuillier

  1. Go to your nearest Cebuana Lhuillier branch and fill out a Remittance Payout Form (RPF). 
  2. Indicate your 7-digit Add Money Code and desired amount.
  3. Submit the RPF along with your payment to the cashier.
  4. Wait for an SMS confirmation before leaving the store.

* Minimum add money amount is P300 


How to Buy Load Using PayMaya App?

  1. Log in to your PayMaya app account.
  2. Tap “Shop.” On iOS devices. For Android devices, it can be accessed by tapping the menu icon at the home screen’s top left.
  3. Choose the type of package you want to purchase.
  4. Choose the specific package you want to buy.
  5. If you’ll be sending load to others, toggle the “Send as Gift” button. Enter the recipient’s mobile number. Tap “Continue.”
  6. Verify your purchase details. Tap “Buy.”
  7. Wait for PayMaya’s SMS confirmation of your purchase.

Sometimes the system of PayMaya app got technical error and your transaction was not executed properly. Here’s how to apply disbursement for PayMaya.

  1. Fill out the Purchase Dispute Form (download here).
  2. Prepare the documents indicated on the type of dispute you’ve marked.
  3. Submit the Purchase Dispute Form along with the required documents to
    docs@paymaya.com.
  • You must File your request within seven (7) calendar days from the time you made the transaction.
  • Make sure that the required documents are in order to avoid non-processing of your dispute.
  • Disputed transactions are usually resolved within 45 days from the time you filed your form, but the settlement period depends on the transaction involved.
  • A retrieval fee of Php275 will be charged to you once the transaction is found to be valid based on the sales slip.

What happens to my PAYMAYA account if my phone and sim card is stolen/lost?

If you linked a post-paid mobile number smart/globe/tnt/sun etc. to your PayMaya:

  1. Report it to your mobile network.
  2. Once you recover your mobile number.
  3. Install your new SIM into a new device.
  4. Download the PayMaya app and log back into your account.

For prepaid mobile number smart/globe/tnt/sun etc. to your PayMaya:

  1. Use a different smartphone (Android, iOS) to log in to your account.
  2. Change your password.
  3. Check up your balance if you have any.
  4. If your account is upgraded and you have the physical card, withdraw any remaining balance or send it to another PayMaya account.
  5. Create a new PayMaya account using a new mobile number.
